Hearing Self-Assessment
The majority of hearing loss develops gradually over time, so the signs to hearing loss can be difficult for most to detect.
The following questionnaire is designed to provide a quick self-assessment on how you are hearing.
The survey will only take 5 minutes and it is very important to answer each question for accurate results.

If so, it might be a good decision to schedule a hearing test.
Through evaluation, your OTOhealth healthcare provider can educate you on if you have hearing loss as well as its extent and nature.
If hearing loss is detected, an appropriate course of action will be recommended.
