Training
Whether it is patient care, patient testing, patient counseling, or just the way we treat and listen to our patients, our philosophy is simple, Our Patients Come First!
OTOhealth Hearing Care places a premium value on great training. We offer internal training programs, and partner with strategic companies to provide customized training. We are able to offer both on-site and remote training to our members. Training areas are identified during account reviews that are completed as part of the OTOhealth initiation process.
We also provide online training opportunities, allowing you to easily find the information and resources that you need, when you most need them. As a member, you will be given access to a wealth of information, resources and tools via our secure website to help build staff development processes.
Members will also have the opportunity to collaborate with their peers by joining groups of similar-sized, non-competing practices. This allows members to share best practice techniques and exchange information. In turn, companies can increase their skill levels, learn new practice management techniques and share marketing/advertising strategies.
